Britalia came to recover my car following an accident. They arrived quickly and the driver was amazing, polite and friendly. I contacted Joe a few days later and he took and sent me photos of the damage to my car for the insurance. He also met me out of hours so that I could collect my belongings from the car.

These guys literally saved my life … I first broke down on the A21 at 11:30 this morning …. After some time awaiting the RAC finally their engineer arrived to fix the car . Some 2 hours later car fixed and on my way unfortunately my car broke down again despite the RAC fitting a new coil only this time even more dangerous than a grass verge on the A21 this was the slow lane on the M25 … the car stopped I had to jump out quickly … the RAC wanted £300 to take me home despite apparently fitting a faulty coil and I was left alone in the dark on the M25 hard shoulder …. I was terrified I phoned Jo at Britalia who managed to calm me down and get one of his lovely guys out to me I was freezing cold scared upset and in need of a cuppa . Which Jo very kindly made me .
